cats are not hunters?
Spacious is it so, that indoor cats have forgotten or never learned the ability to catch prey other than their treats and fabric mice. But that seems not to have communicated to my cat.
At 6 am clock in the morning I awakened by a loud "PLONG". The fear of another flowerpot could have departed this life, drives me out of bed. But already in the hall I met my cat. Growling. Still half asleep, I noticed only a moment later, the black thing in his mouth. A sparrow. He does not move.
Well, then. I can even go back to bed. Hardly snuggled back into bed occurs to me, could the bird have any medical conditions. So the friend out of bed scare. Should he create it with the cat and its prey ablucksen him. The moment is heard loud wing flapping and frantic running of the cat. Lives of the bird after all. With the already correctly chosen path to the window, the outlet was fortunately no longer a problem. Do not worry, the cat has got his reward already.
But since then, I wonder HOW it at the bird at all PRE has come. Thanks penthouse, all windows must be tilted safely - no accidental trapping of cats is possible here. But open wide the window is impossible. So, how the bird came in?
has about 3 years ago before the cat caught a sparrow. Also in the morning at 6 clock. This seems to be his time. But since we both still lived in an apartment with a balcony, where in summer the balcony door was always open. The course also brought occasional drawbacks, if the cat would catch a sparrow in flight and not noticed that he would rise above the end of the balcony. But more than blue spots (for a total of two crashes) he never wore it.
